Tickets can be purchased by sending 1 gold per ticket (5 limit) to Myrrin. Anytime I'm online just whisper Lottery to me and it will give yu the ticket numbers you have been assigned. I use the addon guild lottery from cursed for this lottery if you want to know more on how it works.
